Most of these structures are in the vicinity of the Durbar SquareWikipedia Being the handicraft city of Nepal, Patan consists of the valleys finest craftsmen who have been known to have passed down ancient art techniques from their forefathers for several centuries. Walking past these stalls and stores will get you to admire brass sculptures of Buddha and Hindu gods, Thanka paintings, and many other metal works.
